What we collect
The only personal information we collect is what you voluntarily submit via the waitlist form:
- Your email address
- Your tier interest (e.g., free, pro, institutional) — if provided
- Source attribution (e.g., how you found Sentinel) — if provided
That’s it. We do not create accounts, require passwords, or ask for payment information.
What we don’t collect
- No analytics trackers (no Google Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Segment)
- No third-party cookies or cross-site tracking pixels
- No device fingerprinting
- No IP address logging beyond what Vercel’s edge infrastructure produces for all requests
- No behavioral profiling
How we use your information
Your email is used exclusively to:
- Notify you when access to Sentinel opens
- Send intelligence digests if you opt in
- Segment communications by tier (e.g., free vs. institutional features)
We will never sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention
Waitlist entries are retained until you request deletion. If Sentinel never launches or shuts down, we will delete all waitlist data and notify subscribers.
Your rights
You can request deletion or export of your data at any time by emailing info@sentinelosint.com. We will respond within 7 days.
Data Sentinel aggregates (not personal data)
Sentinel’s intelligence pipeline aggregates public data only. No personal data is scraped or stored from any external source. The sources are:
- SAM.gov — US federal contract awards (public domain)
- TED Europa — EU procurement notices (public domain)
- UN Comtrade — arms and trade flow statistics (public domain)
- ADSB.fi / OpenSky Network — aircraft transponder positions (public broadcast data)
- GDELT Project — global event data derived from public news (CC0 license)
- Public RSS feeds — defense news from publicly accessible outlets
- Polymarket — prediction market prices (public Gamma API)
- Yahoo Finance — public market data (public v8 API)
None of these sources contain personal data. Sentinel does not attempt to identify, track, or profile individuals from any of these feeds.
Third-party service providers
Sentinel uses a small number of infrastructure providers. Each processes data only as needed to run the service:
- Supabase — database hosting (waitlist emails stored here, EU region)
- Anthropic — AI inference for intelligence briefings (no personal data sent to the model)
- Vercel — web hosting and edge delivery
- Brave Search — used by AI agents for validation queries (no personal data involved)
No data is sold to any third party.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we’ll notify waitlist subscribers by email.
